Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors, and community leaders, she cultivates meaningful relationships that expand WOW's impact and create lasting opportunities for those we serve.
Michael Rollins transforms vision into action by building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power Well of Wealth's mission. He leads operational strategy, program implementation, technology, financial administration, and organizational development to ensure the organization operates efficiently and sustainably. By creating scalable solutions and driving execution, Michael enables WOW to deliver high-quality programs, strengthen community impact, and support long-term organizational growth.
